| - We moved in because of the low rent and two pools, two hot tubs, workout room, and beautiful apartments.
The model apartment was more updated than our actual unit, which was disappointing, but we still loved our apartment. The apartment was spacious, patio area big, ceilings high, and outside of the buildings well maintained. The giant tub in the master bathroom was amazing. The layout was nice and we rarely heard our upstairs neighbors and never the neighbors on the other sides of our walls.
The amenities were lacking the entire time, though, and were the reason we ultimately moved out. The pools and hot tubs were consistently out of order for months at a time. When we moved out, the pool was a green sludge pit and had been for several months. The hot tubs were not working. In our time there, the complex had gone through 3 apartment managers. We had problems with getting the office employees to respond to maintenance requests or questions.
Our neighbors were friendly and we never had any problems with crime. It's a pretty quiet complex, except for the pool areas when the pools are working. The maintenance guys were really nice as well, and when maintenance requests were passed on through the main office, they were really quick to respond and did a great job fixing up whatever needed fixing.
