I'm absolutely a fan. I have never been to Brio and had to plan last minute get together. They really do a great job at this place. The decor is beautiful and the service was above and beyond. As I mentioned earlier, I had a last minute event. I made my reservation for Sunday Brunch during Thanksgiving weekend. It was part of wedding festivities. They were so nice to let me in a bit early to have the table set so that all of my guests would feel like guests. This is what we ordered.
Appetizers:
Fried calamari and flatbread BBQ chicken pizza
Entrees (everyone was pleased)
Penne w/Vodka sauce, carbonara, fettuccine rustica, paninis, risotto and some brunch items
Coffee service:
Cappuccino and coffee for dessert.
Gluten Free:
As I was ordering, I mentioned no croutons with my salad ..can't have gluten. Server asked if I had an allergy, I said yes. They made all the adjustments to accommodate my dietary restrictions. There is a whole protocol that goes into effect to limit cross contamination. Awesome. I'm not as sensitive, but those with allergies should feel confident that they have a knowledgeable staff. I do have to mention that initially I asked the hostess and she said no they do not have GF options/choices. They clearly do. So happy that my waiter(s) and kitchen are informed about food allergies. Our waiters were Ryan and Dino.
