  • So I like the cortados here and the decor. However, on my last visit here it felt as cold as the Arctic. Somehow, I noticed that the heaters are provided behind the counters for employees but customers don't seem to be of importance to the cafe. Brrrrrr. I tried to do some work but the wifi keeps throwing you off and forcing you to do a short survey every 20 minutes or so. Not the best customer experience and service.
