  • Giving NEGATIVE STAR!!!!! Me, my Boyfriend and my Dad came in this afternoon around 3ish. Only Jonaris was alone. I gave 3 watches to change the batteries. Then she told me come back after an hour because there are 6 watches ahead of me. Then I asked Jonaris how come she's alone at this hour then she said her colleagues went for lunch! So I explained to her that we're from the other side of the town but then she said can't do anything about it and she will just call me as soon as it's done. After an hour I called the shop and a lady picked up and to be exact her name is EVELYN, she said we need more 20 to 30 mins! Unbelievable but what can I do, I told her I'm coming over then she HANG UP THE PHONE ON MY FACE! I called back and asked for her name. We waited outside to give them more time. Me and my boyfriend went inside, Jonaris came bringing my watches. I asked them who's EVELYN, one old women and her name is Mary just answered me without any greetings then she reasoned out it's because of the COX service. Every body knows what is bad service and when the phone is being hang up!!!! If you want your customers to come back and to recommend this place let your people learn what customer service means, what respect means, or if you guys have promos or what you guys have at YELP OR ZOMATO! It seems they don't have much knowledge. No way we will recommend this place to any of our friends and family!!!!
