| - Unfortunately my experience with this company is the same as the other one-star reviewer's. When we ordered my daughter's junior high pictures in the fall (through her school), we ordered and paid for the "total touch-up", which is air-brushing for those pesky junior high-age acne breakouts. When we received the pictures, they had not done any re-touching. When I called and asked for them to provide the service for which I had paid, they said it would take about 2 weeks. Fine. Three weeks later, still no pictures. It took 3-4 phone calls and about 7 weeks to finally get the pictures. They were touched up this time, and while not a superior quality job, they were all right. The same exact thing happened this spring. After reviewing the "proof", I ordered and paid for the re-touching, and it took about 6 weeks to get the pictures. When we looked at them, they once again had not provided the re-touching service. I called and complained, told them that I was VERY unhappy, especially since this had happened in the fall, not to mention, we got the pictures so late, that she was not able to exchange them at school. I called on a Saturday and told them that I wanted the pictures to be ready early the next week. We'll see. I also said that I would call back and talk to a manager to request a discount. The fact that this happened both in the fall and spring tells me that there is absolutely no quality control whatsoever. I will also call her school and advise that they read the reviews on YELP and find another photography studio for the school pics.
