  • eh, didn't even see the Dr., the front desk person was so indifferent it was rude. I came in, no patients, walked up and she didn't look up so I waited, she pointed at a piece of paper for me to fill out so I did and gave back, she typed and gave me more forms, I said thanks, she said ok. No eye contact at any time or a hello, she ran two of my credit cards and said they didn't work and didn't know why, so I left, at that point she did say sorry. Because I was already there and there was no one waiting I wanted to stay but after my cards didn't work I figure I give up.... Drove to 75th and Cactus and got a "welcome to urgent care" when I came in, What a small but significance difference, especially when sick. Used same credit cared and worked right away. I live in CA, was in AZ visiting. thanks for nothing We Care.
