  • I'm really disappointed at the service department. They use to be really efficient but now they are basically like every other service department in town, horrible. Over an hour and a half wait just for an oil change and forget trying to use their shuttle service. All this is with a schedule appointment. Why would you over schedule services and or only have one shuttle running when you clearly need more. I use to recommend everyone to this dealership but looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere, even if I have to pay more. My time is clearly not valuable to them.
