  • My family and I endured what turned out to be a very un-American experience at your property this evening during dinner at which time we were subjected to our servers beliefs and views on African American families and their reasons for patronizing your established which to my knowledge we were welcomed! After being seated at our table our server was Allison #230020 if our receipt is correct provided our party of 3 with approximately 3-4 napkins my wife and daughter were viewing the dining selections at the time so I KINDLY asked for a few "extra" napkins and she replied,"they're right there" referring to the 3-4 napkins which would not have been enough I then replied,"are we allowed more?" She then put her open hand to her mouth and mimicking a whispered comment said,"don't worry I will get ya some more" as to imply that I was clearly receiving some preferential service and walked off so feeling the whole exchange as odd I also went to view the dining selection only to return to hear the server interrogating my wife with a very racial comment and a excessive amount of napkins leaning into my wife's face asking ,"what's going on with you guys tonight are they having ribs?!" And walked away that's when I noticed the color drain from my wife's face a sign of sheer anger and frustration she turned to me and said,"do they think all African American American families come here for the ribs" so you in the interest of justice and the pursuit of equality I would like to consider a resolution in lieu of litigation should this incident be condoned by boydgaming or its New Orleans property I will have no choice but to pursue an attorney in search of restoring my family's dignity and ensuring that all customers of all races are informed of this properties allowance of such degradation and racism that has sure to have been in place for sometime now shame on boydgaming management and shame on the Orleans casino and as of yet this matter has not been resolved and I wish to escalate and expedite my complaint due the the sensitive nature of the offense Sent from my iPhone
