rev:text	Looking for a new place close to home so I thought I'd give them a try. I get acrylic pink & whites/squared. I was given to Jennie and who didn't listen to a word I said as to what I wanted. I went to her 2 more times and I was still disappointed. All 3 times she nicked me with the electric drill & I walked out bleeding. One my last visit with her I had a pedicure and that was a joke. Okay on the massage but my feet looked awful. Like I said, I was looking for a place close to home so then I tried Kevin. He was just as bad. I had to go back 2 days later to get them fixed because about 5 of them lifted on the sides. Thought I'd give him a 2nd chance but I got a call a 1/2 hour before my 10:30 appointment today and they said he was not in. I asked for anyone else besides Jennie and this time I got Debbie. I got a complete new set and in the process she used the drill on one nail until it went through my nail bed & bled. Another nail she cut so close she caught the skin underneath so then that one was bleeding too. Then there was the filing of the acrylic where she made a few of my cuticles bleed as well. It took 2 hours & 15 minutes and I walked out with bloody, thick and very sore nails that I had to file down myself when I got home. And I mean they were THICK. Ridiculous. It's a shame that Kevin has a gold mine there but none of them know how to do nails. All of us women are paying good money for these services and the price is not worth what we're getting. . Before I get bashed here, please note that I did give them all a chance to get it right but it seems they really do not want to please the customer. One other note. After my first visit I asked Kevin if he was the owner and he said, "No, I am the manager. The owner is in CA." I found out from Debbie today that he IS the owner.
