  • I bought my 2014 Honda CRV here last year through the Costco program - Everything was super straightforward. The car salesman I worked with found me the CRV with the lowest mileage (5 miles) and the manager was super easy to deal with. I have used their service department without issues -- waited maybe 1-2 hours for an oil change without an appointment. That's to be expected. What takes the cake is that my purse was stolen recently and a Good Samaritan who found my wallet in the trash called Hendrick Honda (I had a service card in my wallet); a Hendrick employee promptly contacted me via email and gave me the phone number of the person who found my wallet. I was able to retrieve my wallet because the Hendrick employee cared enough to contact me... all of this during the holiday season. So if you're running across rude employees (as noted on several 1 star reviews)...consider that perhaps they are having a bad day, or perhaps your own demeanor is not too friendly. Or maybe you came across a bad apple. In any case, consider giving this location another shot. I'm a fan.
