  • After ordering my closest doors I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for their arrival, on week 4 I was told I will have to wait an additonal 3 weeks. I can not get Joe to answer my calls and when I am lucky enough to get him to converse with me he is rude and defensive. I will never recommend or use Arcadia Window & Door because of how poor the customer service is.
