rev:text	I have shopped here for quite a few years and have seen a drastic decrease in professionalism among employees and extreme aggression among customers. If you are physically strong enough to fight for a handbag, turn tricks in the parking lot with the security guard for shoes, extra money to pay off employees for high quality items and in cahoots with the management team then this is the place for you! A shoe department supervisor tips off the re-sellers on high priced items (ex.Christian Louboutin) and ensures they are always first in line for an aisle opening after a restock. If you're lucky the supervisor will lead you right to the stunning pair of CL so you can resell and make $300+ profit. The lean store ambassador that the women swoon over is very easily swayed by a pretty girl. He will inform the female re-sellers of when the restock of handbags, coats, shoes etc will occur. Just make sure you give him a little pat and a wink! A veteran service experience representative's phone number makes its rounds around the store. If you're lucky enough to come across it you too can purchase high end designer handbags, jewelry, clothing and shoes at inflated price. Incredible side business is run by the employees! Most importantly be extremely cautious of the clientele as they have been known to threaten and intimidate anyone who dares to shop after a restock. A customer was banned and forbidden to return by the previous store manager for a physical altercation is now a constant regular. Watch out for the aggressive man who is extremely intimidating, threatening and dangerous! With security watching he will push you away from any item, if the employees talk to him regarding his conduct he threatens a civil rights lawsuit and accuses employees of racism. In my opinion, the customer service manager is the only manager that is not coerced, bribed or involved in reselling items for profit. The store manager is cordial and either turns a blind eye to the lack of professionalism in the employees or is involved in the scheme to keep store numbers at an all time high. As much as I love a great bargain I doubt I'll ever return!
