  • This place has Customer Service mastered, I had a ceiling fan installed by Lowes and the light bulb burned out and I was unable to get the fixture open, I went into the store to have them show me how to open the fixture and Rick Edens the Manager showed me how to open the fixture. Unfortunately the electrician put the glass in to tight and the store sent out one of their own Ernie out and he was able to open it and changed. This is beyond the call of duty for a store to send employee out to assist a customer. Hats off to Lowes Gilbert.
