  • ALWAYS get 3 opinions! I was referred to Alan by Johnny's Air, another local guy who does repair and had great reviews. We recently bought a new condo and was told by two repair companies that the entire unit (wasnt blowing warm air) needed to be completely replaced for over $7000, or they could repair it for several thousand. Alan came out to check it out, and was super impressed by the rare and unique system. He said that although he had only seen a few of them like this, he thought he could fix it. Sure enough, he could and the price tag was substantially less than any other quotes - which were just lazy in my opinion! We are now a customer for good. Thanks Alan!
