  • I am a new resident of Phoenix having moved here from FL and I depend on Yelp for a lot of help regarding business references in my efforts to feel at home. Because of reviews of DVD Transfer Station, I decided to bring my 8mm's to Michael for transferring them to a disc. No small task since I live an hour away, but the films I have are from the 1970's, of my children when they were young, and I really needed a highly reviewed place to entrust them. Within 24 hours (even less, technically), Michael called to tell me my order was completed! I could not believe my ears!! I'd expected with his Christmas workload that it would require more than a week to work on my 21 reels. I cannot be more grateful as I wanted these discs to be gifts for my sons for Christmas this year and I still had to build in time to mail them to distant locales. Because of Michael's dedication to excellent customer service I have the assurance of my Xmas wishes for my sons being fulfilled. It's such fun to be able to view my old 8mm's again after decades of inabilities to do so. I have additional 8mm's to have transferred and I will return to Michael for the task even if the drive to his place of business is not convenient for me. Besides, it's fun to visit his adorable and sweet dog who resides by his side in the shop all day. Count me as a very satisfied customer.
