  • ( Vancouver) Raymond installed our system last night .He was great .Took the time to explain everything, tested the voice activation and explained exactly what the protocol was to arm and un arm the system .We have a mid size dog and he set the motion detector such that Felix would not set it off, explained how we can arm the system without the motion detector . I was very impressed with customer service in setting up my account , I feel well protected with their system. I have read the nag complaints about moving etc. I was explained everything a number of different times. They are portable so what's the big deal about moving them. ? they will re install them at your new place for free or a nominal service charge ..Granted their system does not have all the bells and whistles as some other alarm companies but I felt their prices are so much better .I purchased their remote arming and disarming advices so we can disarm form the car when we arrive home .
