  • Still the worst shopping experience ever. In the mall due to Christmas shopping and decided to stop by. No hello or anything they just walk right past you and get in YOUR way with not so much as a smile or hi. So I went and spent money at Chanel. Then I gave them one more chance SAME WEEK barely anyone there. Went up to the register to ask for my item. They took someone else and then did not say hello or ask if I needed something and greeted the person behind me that got there after. These people really are that bad. Now I am going to call corporate and put in an official complaint since they are totally oblivious to their online reviews.
