| - Take this for what it's worth as this review is mainly for the Vegas Vegan burger. In short, I don't recommend it. Eating this became too much of a chore. When you have to resort to pulling out a knife and fork to eat a burger, you're putting in more work than necessary. It can all be blamed on a lack of a bun. Using two portabello mushrooms to mimic a bun sounds good in theory, but is outright disastrous when executed. Vegetarians at least have one other option, the Chef's Veggie Burger, which sounds more safe (i.e., less messy).
Because of their quality ingredients, classy styling, and multitude of options, Burger Bar is on a whole 'nother level, and can't be compared to typical burger joints. Had it not been for their excellent sweet potato fries, the rating would've been a solid three. The price wasn't too bad without any extras, but was still more than I would ever think of paying for a burger--a veggie one, no less. The service was top notch and upbeat. Burger Bar is highly worth a revisit, if only for their SPFs.
