  • The other night, my mom was in the mood for Italian food, specifically fettuccine alfredo. After looking through Yelp to find options nearby, we settled on Zappones. Definitely impressed with their level of customer service. As a mom of a toddler, I know it can be a little challenging to eat out, so I usually come prepared with lots of things to keep my little one busy during the meal. What I love is that they give you an entire box of crayons with the kids coloring menu. My daughter had a blast using every color in the box to create her masterpiece. Everyone was super friendly, numerous people stopped by our table to check in on us and ask how everything was. The food was... Average. Nothing to write home about, but not a terrible experience either. I just found it to be a little bland. I ended up only eating two ravioli from my entire plate because I just couldn't stomach the calories if I didn't love it. The manager was very gracious, when she thought that they had not finished my meal, or rather, barely touched it, she took it off the bill for me. Again, amazing customer service. I may try to return again in the near future to give this place another chance, based solely on the Customer Service alone.
