  • Was just in Saturday, June 20th, 2015. Bad experience. To sum it up. 1) Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. So far so good, price quoted, coupon I had accepted. Told they'd also do a free inspection of brakes, etc. 2) Front desk guy came back and said. Oh, we found 2 bets that need replacing, all your shocks, and your air cleaner. I asked how bad they were? He said come on out and I"ll show you. 3) Went out, didn't look that bad to me, or any worse than you'd expect when something is of course used. Declined, but when I asked how much the belts would be was quoted a price that seemed really fair, so I said, OK lets do the belts. 4) Asked to come to the desk, Bad news. He say's, I'm new, and forgot to add the labor for the belts. Now the price is 4.5 times what it was. I said, no, just forget it. 5) Car now ready, I go out to pick it up. Tires are not rotated. I made it a point to see their positions before they worked on it. One tire for instance missing the valve stem cover and the front ones had more black dust/dirt on them then the back. They were not rotated. 6) I asked the condition of the brakes? I doubted they even had the wheels off. The guy who worked on it was ery ambiguous about that answer. But then I asked if they rotated the tires. Oh no, they had them off, but forgot to rotate them? Or now the guy working on it says, well I didn't rotate them because of the condition of the shocks and the tires in the back. Nothing wrong honestly with the tires in the back. I looked at them. He said your car will shake. I said. Gee, did you tell me you decided on your own not to rotate them? Blank stare, and then him getting a little angry and saying well, if YOU want them rotated, then I'll rotate them. I said that is one of the reasons I came in, That and the oil change. By the way, we're now going down the freeway at freeway speed, steering wheel not shaking, car not shaking, driving perfectly after ther rotation. 7) After the tires were finally rotated, I left. I noticed the sticker in the window was still the old one. Not updated with new date and mileage. I turned around and went back to get a new one. 8) At this point I told them, I'm not even convinced I got an oil change at this point. He said, oh I'm positive you did. I said, also oil filter? Oh yes he said, and named be the brand and color they put on becasue I said I was going to have to crawl under there and look. I told him, I cannot come back. If I have to watch what is going on, to make sure it happens, and can't trust they do what I brought my car in for, with no communication if they don't, that is just plain not good. I checked the oil. It looks new on the stick, and I believe I got a new oil filter, but hard to tell. I think I did. I also told them, the problem is, they spent more time trying to sell me additional stuff then working on what I brought the car in for. I hate to think what they do to folks who trust them, and don't look at the old parts themselves, or make sure they did what they were supposed to.
