  • Rented a place for 9 months and moved out in November. I would never use this company again. Half the outlets didn't work, none of the phone jacks worked (couldn't hook up internet), the ceiling fan stopped working 2 months in, the garbage disposal didn't work, and the dishwasher backed up every time you ran it. Those things don't bother me. I get stuff happens, but they just weren't responsive. Getting maintenance was a joke. No one will return your calls, Courtney was always "busy" and was rarely available take your call, and forget about a response to an email. I finally did get someone out to fix the dishwasher after a month. He didn't bother to show up the first scheduled day. Another week goes by and he finally came to fix the dishwasher, but just shrugged and said I'd have to call the manager again to get the outlets/phone jacks fixed. That never happened. I did get all of my deposit back when I moved out though, so great job doing the absolute bare minimum of real estate management. Edited to add: At one point, Courtney at Sundial actually told me it was MY responsibility to fix the already broken outlets and phone jack. Lololol!
