  • Was so disappointed in the customer service I received. we made reservations nine months in advance and decided to add one extra day for months in advance and was being charged $275 per person for the same flight one day earlier for a total of 1100 for 4 people. We had planned to make this trip every year but next year we will not be flying with British Airways
