  • Pedicure was very entry level; not necessarily a spa pedicure...seemed rushed. Insensitive, unethical and poor ability to deal with customers. Shaming customer in front of others regarding a broken chair,control which by the way was not proven that the customer broke it. Lady was rude the whole time, Stating to me what I have to do. Not very sanitary the person continued to use same gloves they looked it has been worn several times. The table had dirty papertowels from previous customers instead of tossing them a clean papertowel was put on top.
