rev:text	Geek Squad Guy from this store came out and spoke to my 40 year old housekeeper, then decided he didn't want to install, so he told his boss no one was home. He even left a note on door AFTER talking to her saying, 'sorry we missed you.' I went to Manager, named Denny, and he was NOT interested in calling to find out why they didn't do install. Not sure how long he has been a manager, but he needs to take care of the customer. The General Manager WILL be getting a call.
