  • My load got sold to Roundpoint. Let me say this... don't just walk away from this company, RUN! This company will end up being the death of me. Every time I have to deal with this company i end up with my blood pressure through the roof. They have deducted my account two payments within 24hrs, have paid someone else's property taxes with my Money from escrow, it goes on and on. I have no clue how a company like this can legally handle Money. It's very scary. Be prepared to be on hold for AT LEAST 30 minutes and when you finally talk to someone, they will send your question to someone else (who you will never hear back from). There is nothing more frustrating than to spend that much time and still not receive help. Like I said, don't walk RUN AWAY!!!!
