  • Was just in the Lowes @ 6050 West Craig Rd Las Vegas, NV. I pressed the assistance button at the windows/doors/millworks area and waited 5 minutes. A employee pressed button to make the page message stop and told me that an employee would be with me shortly. Approx. 17 minutes later I called the store from my cell phone to see if that got me someone to help still standing in the windows/doors/mill works area. It did but this young man argued with me over "fire door": ratings stating that all exterior doors are not fire rated. He should read up on NFPA 80: Standard for Fire Doors and Other Opening Protectives Very poor customer service and accountability. If your on lunch then say your on lunch and don't waist my time not know and standing around waiting for someone who really doesn't know what they are speaking about.
