rev:text	Since I started renting a storage unit at the Flamingo ave. location in Las Vegas Nv. Which was around 3 years ago. I was paying $229.00 a month. At the time I really didn't have much choice of the storage company or location due to lack of transportation. My wife and I's belongings have been in this storage unit for almost three years. In this three year period. We have never been late with the rent and never caused any problems. The rate has gone from $229.00 to $296.00 for a 10' x 20' unit non climate controlled. Last months rent payment was $271.00 and this month I go to make my payment online and lo and behold it has gone up to the $296.00. For what???? When you go get into your storage unit you have to enter a gate code into a keypad that opens the gate then drive your car or truck through. Last month I go to get something from our storage and there is a sign on the key pad that says it doesn't work please enter the walk in gate to your left and use the exit keypad. HUH?????? so basically what you were telling any would be thief was walk in break in to what ever unit you can look for things of value then leave?????? I go back today and that is exactly what looks like happened to at least one or two of the units. And yet they want me to pay for yet another increase???? I think come the end of July I will locate and move away from public storage all together. I am not paying that kind of money for Public Storage employees to put up that kind of sign on a security entrance key pad. For anyone to walk into the units and break into which ever one they want and take or destroy what they want.
