  • Not writing on my first experience at this Firestone location, but I do have to give props to the hardworking employees here, specifically representatives Rex and I think it was Craig. I was trying to make an appointment online 2 days before a trip to Cali. Since that was temporary unavailable, I had to call. Talked to Craig, letting him know I needed a tire rotation. "Do you need anything else done?" "Nope, unless you guys find something else wrong." "Well, why not take advantage of our $9.99 care package? It pays for the tire rotation and checks the rest of the car." Done deal! Appointment set! Thanks for looking out 'cause I know I would've spent more going to the car dealership's service department. Get there for the appointment, and Rex is the only one working the front-of-house. Phone is ringing off the hook, people waiting in the lobby for their cars, and more people coming in after me. He handled the situation! Apparently, he did it from opening time and would so well past the time my car was done, and I left around 10:30am. Seeing as Snow (my car) drove without a hitch during on my road trip and still no issues back at home, the technicians know what they're doing.
