  • Terrible service - I am never going back! I got shellac done last week and went in to get one nail fixed today. I was told it would be at least a 15-30 minutes wait and "no guarantee". However, if I wanted to get the shellac removed and do it again there was someone available. That tells me it wasn't a question of staff availability. I asked if I can make an appointment and come back in a few hours to fix my nail. The owner (guy) at the front was very rude and said they don't do appointments to fix nails. It didn't make sense for me to get all my nails done again as I just got them done the previous week, and apparently there was no other way for me to fix one nail as it wasn't worth their time to do that. Terrible customer service. There are a million nail salons in the area and this one will not be getting my business in the future.
