rev:text	I very rarely write reviews, but felt that I had to for this store since my experience was appalling, dishonest and a rip off. And from reading other reviews, it seems they use the same lying tactic over and over again. I dropped off a pile of clothes to sell. They told me they would call me that afternoon to let me know what they were taking and what I should pick up. They didn't call. I called them and they said they were pretty swamped so they would call the next day. Again, no call. So I called them the next day and again they told me they didn't get to it. This went on for 5 STRAIGHT DAYS!!!!!! On the 6th day I called yet again and they said that I only had 3 days before picking up my stuff and since the 3 days had gone by, they donated it all. I told them they DIDN'T call me. She kept insisting that they did because there was a check mark on the sheet of paper they had in store. Interesting, because I gave them my cell number and I had no missed calls from them. Never mind the fact that I called them EVERY SINGLE DAY TO CHECK AND EVERY SINGLE DAY THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T GET TO IT!!! I'm not sure if it's just disorganization or a calculated rip off so that they get our clothes and sell them and don't have to pay for them. They only pay a paltry amount anyway, so I'm not talking about big bucks here. Just the fact they this exact same scenario happened to other people who reviewed this store. Are they so desperate that they need to rip off clients for $30 to $50? Stay away. This is a truly disreputable outfit.
