  • WORST service that I have ever had. It's really disappointing as I have been to BW3 at many places around the country. The restaurant was busy but there were some empty tables. The hostess was extremely rude, took forever to help us, and then didn't allow us to sit down at an empty table in the bar area while we were waiting for our food, even though there were at least seven empty tables. To make things worse, another party came in and did the same and she didn't seem to care. We eventually got our food to go and then left.
