  • So this past week, I've been going to perfect scoop more than I check in at yelp. I go at least two times in one day or at least once a day. I just can't get enough of their french macroon ice cream sandwich!!! Unhealthy, right? Eventually, I'll get sick of it then come back again once the cravings kick in. Anyways, i know I wrote a bad review but obviously things change since the last time I went. The review is ONLY based on the homemade ice cream and everything on the menu!!! The flavors are just right. You won't be disappointed. That's if you find the right flavor for you. Currently, my fave? Green tea ice cream. I had to knock off one star because they're still "out of something" whenever I go. I know it's homemade and everything is made fresh, but it sucks when an ice cream flavor is out. One visit they were out of the macroon shells! The only thing that was left was the taro shell and lemon shell. They are still out of the cake pops. Which is what my baby wanted. There was one flavor that was out as well when I went with my baby brother. It was the banana Nutella ice cream that he wanted to try. Disappointed on his part. Service? I rate the service 2/5 stars. The customer service changes every time I go. I'm pretty sure over time it will get better but just be ready for what comes when you go to perfect scoop. The first time I went this week; it was perfect. I was helped and greeted right away. Left a good tip and It was a quick in and out. The second time I went; it was busy so I was waiting for about ten minutes. Imagine the person behind me? She was waiting about 15min for me and the person in front of me. The person in front of me had seven orders plus three which were mine. So it was a while until I had to pay. It was somewhat dis organized. I'm not surprised that she hasn't even left yet, lol. I'm telling you, it's worth your while. There's not much room for people to wait. Once the line gets longer. Everyone is all crowded up at the door. All in all, it is worth checking out!!! Like I said again from my last review. It's worth checking out if they have everything they say they offer.
