  • ***FRAUD. Living Spaces and Service USA are committing FRAUD*** by selling consumers a warranty program that they not only won't honor, but they won't even contact the customer with regard to claims. It's been SEVEN months and my issue is STILL not resolved. In December, I tried to call Living Spaces to have them follow up with Service USA. After 20 minutes on hold, I still couldn't reach a human, so I hung up and turned to the Living Spaces website. I submitted a comment and was contacted two days or so later with this: "I apologize that you have not been contacted from Service USA regarding your claim. I have forwarded this information to our warranty department to contact Service USA on your behalf on how to proceed with your claim." I heard nothing until February, when I received this email from Service USA: "This is to inform you as of February 10th, 2017, Service USA is hereby denying any warranty contract that was purchased through Living Spaces. Your claim#XXXXXXX status is now Pending. Service USA will notify you via email on any future claim#XXXXXXX status changes. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may experience. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, or if you require assistance with an issue in the future, please contact Living Spaces at 877-266-7300." I tried to call Living Spaces as instructed, and once again, couldn't reach anyone. A few days later, this email came from Service USA: "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in respect to your claim XXXXXXX. At Service USA, we take pride in ensuring our customer's satisfaction. We are happy to inform you beginning on Friday, February the 17th of 2017, our team members and the system will automatically start to reprocess your claim. We do greatly appreciate your patience in this serious matter, we are aware that the status of your claim is still Pending. Please allow Service USA 7-10 business days to provide you with an update on resolution. During this time period, please do not contact Service USA if there is information needed to further process your claim Service USA will contact you. We deeply value your relationship with Service USA and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best." I found it incredibly odd that Service USA outright said Do Not Contact Us, but I gave them the chance. It is now MARCH 16, and I have heard nothing more on the matter. I tried to go check on my claim, and the livingspaceswarranty.com page won't even pull up. Convenient, isn't it?
