  • I come to the Surprise location at least 3-5 times a week at times and am always so impressed with the staff and is half the reason I drive a little bit farther for my coffee. Tonight though was exceptional service and the guy working the window was so kind to me and my son after finding out our dog was hit by a car tonight and passed away. He not o it offered a prayer for our family, he gave us a few free stamp cards and put a little smile back on my sons face. The entire ride home my son talked about what great people Dutch Bros has working for them. Thank you so much for warming our hearts and going that extra mile to put that smile back on our faces. The coffee and teas are amazing, but you guys kill it with service! Loyal customer for life
