  • JUST COME HERE FOR DROPPING OFF PACKAGES! The manager does not know anything about computers. She needs to take a beginner course in computer 101. She didn't know how to print a document from the computer. I asked her about which printer I should select and she told me that I need to save the webpage on the desktop and print. WTH? This is not the first time. Last time, I had to explain to her how to mail a package to New York from Arizona because this is a such difficult task for Fedex. Since I say mail package, she had to informed me that this was not a post office. I told her, I know. I need this "letter" package sent to New York and again she informed me, " This is not a post office". After 20 mins explaining, then I said fedex. After I said Fedex this letter to New York, she understood what I was talking about. Then she was able to give me a label to write my information so I could send my "letter" package to New York. If you are already having a bad day, DO NOT COME HERE!!! I use to be a regular here, but not anymore. They over charge and the manager doesn't know about simple technology. If you don't know how to print a page from the Internet, take a class. And if you want to send a letter through fedex, please say fedex and mail. If you say mail, you will spend 20 mins on how to send a package from the Fedex office to the receiver. I would not even tell my worst enemy to shop here. Oh, I meant Fedex here. I am so stupid.
