I wish there was an option for zero stars. I brought my 7 year old daughter in on Saturday evening after she had been vomiting with fever, diarrhea and stomach pain the entire day. The doctor didn't even inspect or touch her stomach until I told her that I was concerned that she may have appendicitis because her all over stomach pain had become localized in the right lower quadrant of her abdomen. She was diagnosed with strep throat and sent home, the doctor would not even consider that it may be something worse because "her pain isn't bad enough, she would be crying and jumping off the table when I touch her". Sunday morning we woke up and she was still in severe pain, so we went to the emergency room. She WAS diagnosed with appendicitis and transported by ambulance to another hospital for surgery. I have called several times since Sunday evening to speak to her or the manager only to be left on hold and have yet to get a return phone call. The staff could use a lesson in beneficence and be a little more mindful of a parent's concern. Because of their lack of care, my daughter was in pain for an additional night and could have potentially suffered a ruptured appendix had I not trusted my gut and taken her to another hospital.
Oh, and the staff is rude and the place is filthy.
