| - In my opinion...
After spending "Thousands $$$$$..."
It has regretfully been my experience...
CAESARS and their TOTAL REWARDS
not only does NOT appreciate my business...
CAESARS and TOTAL REWARDS
does NOT LIKE LOCALS!
Just my opinion
Why would I feel like I have been lied to, cheated and mistreated?
Last November 2016 I sent the below to Caesars:
As a result of the confusion I have experienced in attempting to take advantage of the offers you have sent me in the mail and the frustrations they have caused me in trying to redeem them, please REMOVE me from all future offers from Caesars and ALL its properties. Please DO NOT mail me any more of your offers. My experiences with Caesar's has been less than stellar to say the least. When I called the Casino Host supposedly assigned to me during my last stay and she hung up on me, texting me later that she lost phone service while driving, but yet failed to reach out to me to resolve the issues I called about, that never got resolved. I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with all the ambiguity and vagueness of the offers you send me. You don't provide adequate or sufficient details, information or instructions are left out or omitted resulting in added confusion and frustration. Just like trying to redeem recent offers for the Rodeo, the Maserati Dinner Drawing, etc., etc. All Bogus offers as far as I am concerned. Other casino's in Las Vegas assign me a Host who actually looks out for my interests. They appreciate my gaming. I cannot say the same for Caesars and its properties. As a direct and proximate result, I have elected to take my gaming elsewhere and will no longer be gaming at any Caesar's properties.
As a result of the above, that Host extended a bogus offer to me:
Sean,
I apologize for the delayed response. I have been overwhelmed with business and closing our fiscal year plus having three custom classic car builds with deadlines of January 2017. Working overtime. I want to "Thank you" for reaching out to me regarding my unfortunate experiences not just with Ms. Tabet, but with Caesars, and its offers, which in my opinion, I found confusing, frustrating and overall very disappointing.
Before I begin with my primary issues:
As a local and having discussed this topic with a considerable number of other locals I know who game at Caesars, Caesars Properties and other strip casinos, not one person I have spoken to is thrilled with the decisions by many of the strip casinos, including Caesars, to charge locals for parking starting the first of the new year. This very well could be a game changer and catalyst for many of us to take our gaming off strip and give our business to those establishments who truly appreciate us and our business by not charging us for parking to come to the casinos to spend our money gaming.
Another question:
Why is it that every time I and many, many others go from one Caesars property to another that the PIN on our Rewards Players Card doesn't work, always resulting with having to consistently return to the Rewards Club to reset the PIN? Depending on the day and time, that wait in line to get the PIN reset could take up to 30 or more minutes. I know that when I go out to play, waiting in lines is generally not on my agenda.... ...
Nothing was resolved.
As a result of the above I stopped all gaming with Caesars and Total Rewards. A couple weeks ago I was contacted by a Casino Host wanting to know what I was going to do with the 26,000 players points I had accumulated and advised I should cash them in and offered me $260 to cash them in. I went down to Caesars and low and behold Total Rewards got me again! Only gave me $150 for my 26,000 players points. Ought to be a law against bait and switch practices and cheating a senior. Baited me to come down to play their machines hoping I would put some of my hard earned cash in, but nope. Free play only!
It is only my opinion, my opinion is based upon my personal experience of doing business with Caesars Palace and Total Rewards for over ten years and in my opinion and experience, Caesars Palace and it's Total Rewards are cheats and liars and do not like locals. Tourists need to be informed!
