I have been a customer for almost 8 years or longer, and I finally had my last straw yesterday. First they started with the data cap, right then and there I wanted to change service, but I didn't I kept the internet and added TV service so I wound not go over my data. Then I move and they said they had to charge me a new service establishing fee of $80.00 really you could not waive the fee for this long time customer?? Then the tech they sent out didn't know what they were doing and gave us wrong information. So they said we would need to charge you another tech fee to have them fix problem. They wasted so much of my time, I finally had my last straw yesterday 1/22/2018. I do have to admit their service was good, however I'm tired of them charging me for every thing.
