  • Derek had been amazing every time he comes out. He is so considerate, I have an infant and a dog that loves to bark. Instead of ringing the doorbell, he just texts me when he's here to make sure he doesn't wake the baby. He's also easy to talk to whenever you are having issues with a particular bug. He's also so nice to the dog, even letting him just follow him around when he's inside (and he's a big dog so that's a big deal! ) I could not ask for better service
