  • I won't be returning to this dunkin' donuts. When I took my frozen chocolate back in because it looked nothing like the picture and tasted bland. The employee went back and forth with me for a couple minutes until finally asking to remake it. At this point I was fed up and was going to be late to work. I didn't have the time for him to remake it. The first thing out of his mouth should have been "I'm sorry let me remake it.
