  • I just wish I could get the paper delivered to my house. I canceled the delivery service 8 months ago because of inconsistent delivery. I decided to give them another try with just the Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday paper. It's been three weeks in a row with no Wednesday and Saturday paper. I called customer service each time and was told it will be resolved. Also, each time I was reminded that I can read it online. I want to read the newspaper. Talked to Neil the customer service supervisor this time. He said he would make some calls. Stay tuned. One more week and I'm out.
