  • Sorry to see Lindy's review because the service we received from Rob was great! We bought a motorized kit and purchased a new bike from AZ Bike Exchange for our daughter. Not knowing anything about motorized kits, I called Rob multiple times for information and he was always very helpful and had good information about the good and bad kits. Rob or his staff installed the kit on the new bike and Rob showed us exactly what was needed and how to use it. Rob made sure we were happy with our purchase. Later that night my daughter went to a class and she told me there was a lot of discussion during class about the bike since they were curious and she told them about Rob and the service we received from AZ Bike Exchange.
