  • I bought two groupons (Afternoon Tea and Prix Fixe Dinner) because I thought it would be a "good experience" to enjoy couple hours in this pretty hotel. The front desk hostess is CLUELESS and rude. She would ask you to sit down for couple minutes while they set your table (ok makes sense). 15 mins later you would still be sitting there and she doesn't even bother coming over to say "Sorry for the wait" etc. The Tea Room is relatively "small" and the tables are very close to each other. We were seated in the middle and people would be pushing while walking in and out. The tea was kinda flavourless, but food was alright. Our dinner experience was just horrible. We were there for at least 2 hours and it took forever for our server to come ask if we were done. The steak was pretty good, but the rest could be better. People who came in 1.5 hrs later than us got the bill the same time we did. I agree with some of the comments about yelling out you have a voucher. Its sooo embarrassing. I don't think I'll ever go back.
