| - Why they have 4 stars, I can't figure out, unless some of the reviews were written by employees...
We bought a couch and recliner a year ago from Tony at this Furniture world. He also talked us into the "if anything goes wrong, it will be fixed warranty, for an additional $$$." Within 8-9 months, you could feel the springs in the seats of the couch and I called to let Tony know. He said to call Guardian ( the warranty company), which I did. I was told that this was NOT a cover cost and that the furniture company should know this and should not be selling it as such.
I was furious and called Furniture World. Tony said he would "work with me and send someone out to my house who took part of the couch and the recliner to " fix" the padding in the seats, but I still had to pay a $65.00 fee their gas.. WTF.
They came back looking nice, but here it is a couple months later, and they are breaking down again.. There merchandise is trash. Stay far away! Ooh, let me add, my husband and I are not big people and we don't have small children that jump on the furniture!
