  • This salon is awful... they over book/double book. What is the point of making an appt when they are coloring someone's hair during your time slot and hasn't even acknowledged you. Finally someone else washed my hair but I'm still waiting here after 30 minutes for my blow dry and I'm not even sitting in a chair as they are still with their other client. I have things to do with my day which is why I booked at a specific time. Not one person has asked if I'm in a time crunch or if I mind the waiting.
