  • This was my first post after only giving them two stars: The wash job was just really careless. The parts of the car that they cleaned were cleaned. It's really sad that there are obvious spots on my windshield, mirrors and wheels where they were just missed. I have never gotten into my car after taking it to the car wash where I didn't have to re-adjust my mirrors from them being moved while cleaned. The water spots confirm they weren't touched. Inside of windshield shows they got 70% of it but then to clean the rest must've been unimportant. They cleaned part of my wheels but the parts they didn't look like they added grease to a rag to bunch up dirt. Just a poor job overall. I changed it to 5 stars after the way they handled my complaint: Okay, they get five stars for customer service. I called in and spoke to a lady at the counter. I've seen her there for the past couple years when I go. I asked her, "What can be done if you get a bad car wash?" She asked me when I came in and what type of car I drive. I told her. She said they could either fix it today or another day. I told her I was busy the rest of the day. She said she will take care of it and said that she would not only re-do the wash but upgrade me to a higher level. I wish more places and more people did business like her.
