The receptionist, vet and vet assistants were very nice and made me and my pup more comfortable before his big day. They played with him and he was very calm before we left. It was a little bit of a wait, being a low cost clinic I expected that. The initial cost was $59+$15 for pain meds, very reasonable after calling around. When we got there they asked about vaccinations and told me which ones are mandatory. I went ahead and paid the $26 for vaccines since he was due. Now the price has gone up a little. The vet examines him and tells me the collar is not included, which prevents him from messing with the stitches, another $10. I'm then informed of tarter and told they can clean his teeth for $50.... I decided to talk to my husband first. The vet kept explaining the dangers of tartar and it almost felt like a sales pitch. We decided to hold off since we are on a budget. I then get a call that they want to pull a tooth...another added cost. Being on a budget today I decided to hold off on the dental work a while. All in all, the staff was nice, my dog was comfortable and doing well but I felt like I was being pressured to spend more money...prices are low but it adds up quickly. For low cost vaccines and alters I recommend them but be prepared for several add on costs and recommendations.
