Our AC went out last night. We called our home maintenance warranty and got an order number for Ice Cube Air. We followed up by calling Ice Cube to get a time. The technician was on time and competent. He found the problem with our thermostat and fixed it. BUT he was super grumpy-rude, actually. We wondered why he was so cranky. We hope that Ice Cube's management treat its employees well, and that grumpiness is not part of the culture. So far, our AC is fine. We will update this review if things go south.
