| - UPDATE: I just wanted to give an update, after the salon reached out to me I decided to give them another go with a different stylist, I went back in and had my hair fixed by Jennifer. She was able to fit me in this evening, walked me through what she was doing and was able to make the best of what she had without going any shorter in the front. I am a lot happier. I will be going back to her in the future. I do appreciate the effort of the team over there for fixing my hair and being accommodating and friendly. Thank you!
I am very disappointed with my hair cut. I had an appointment yesterday with Erick for an A-line bob and all over color. I showed him a photo of exactly what I wanted and told him I did not want it to be too short, it was a drastic change for me. I walked into the salon with hair past my shoulder blades and walked out with hair at chin level, a Bob, no a-line to it. It's horrible and I'm horrified. It frames my face and looks NOTHING like the photo.....although he thinks it does. This is my second time in this salon, and the second time I left unhappy, not what I wanted at all! They don't really seem to care all that much about what you want. They do their thing and now I'm stuck with this terrible haircut for MONTHS until it'll grow and I'll be able to have a professional give me the A-line.
With the negatives being out of the way, as much as I hate the cut the dye job looks really good, I absolutely love the color, it came out wonderful and I'm appreciative that something turned out how I was hoping.
Erick overall was really nice, he darkened my eyebrows for me and he was really friendly and talkative, and after realizing how upset I was didn't charge me for the cut and apologized multiple times. But unfortunately sorry isn't going to fix this mistake I'm stuck with.
