This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I think I've had yet! The lady said uhh ha After every second word I said to only reply at the end of explaining my issue for her, to say I don't understand? Finally after explaining it four times, I said "it's making him bleeping noise and sent me a message to do a diagnostics test".
She still didn't understand what I was saying and wanted to make an appointment for me to come in the following week. Seriously the following week!!! There was maybe eight people in the store! So I don't understand why I would have to come in the following week or a diagnostics test?
The real funny thing is is that I brought my phone in about three months ago for acting funny as well as asking to do a diagnostics test. At that time, they had no problem hooking it up to something in the back and then telling me my battery was messed up and needed to be replaced which I did with them at this location. "So I seriously don't understand"!!
